  That: the CGDC receives the memorandum dated April 22, 2026.

May Allocations

• Resolution:

  That: the CGDC Board of Directors approves the May budget allocations as presented for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027:

  i. Crystal Ridge Skating Club - $50,000

  ii. Fort Erie Figure Skating Club - $37,000

  iii. Fort Erie Lefrance Association - $28,000

  iv. Friends of Crystal Beach - $22,200

  That: CGDC staff notify the permittees of their preliminary budget
  allocation. 

• Resolution:

  That: the CGDC Board of Directors approves the budget allocation as presented for Royal Canadian Legion #71 of $65,000 and;

  That: CGDC staff notify the permittees of their preliminary budget
  allocation. 

• Resolution:

  That: the CGDC Board of Directors approves the budget allocation as presented for Royal Canadian Legion #230 of $60,000 and;

  That: CGDC staff notify the permittees of their preliminary budget
  allocation.

Applications

Happy Days Sanctuary - Application to Participate in cGaming

• Resolution:

  Whereas: Happy Days Sanctuary has applied to participate in cGaming and,  

  Whereas: the applicant has satisfied all necessary requirements needed to participate in cGaming,  

  Be it resolved that: the CGDC Board of Directors hereby approves Happy Days Sanctuary’s application to participate in cGaming;

  Be it further resolved that: the CGDC Board of Directors hereby approves a budget allocation of $10,000 to Happy Days Sanctuary for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and;

  Be it further resolved that: CGDC staff provide notification to the permittee that their application was successful and of their preliminary budget.
